DEBONING MACHINE FOR REMOVING THE AITCH BONE AND THE SHOULDER BLADE

Machine designed specifically for the effortless aitch bone removal from dry-cured hams by the worker with a base, a vertical support and an automatic gripping device for the manual extraction of the femur and the knuckle-bone.
Made of stainless steel and alimentary polythene.
Pneumatic operation with cylinders and automatic safety mechanisms in accordance with EC regulations.
OPERATING SYSTEM:
Place the ham on the working table and put the ham leg under the securing bridge.
Activate the securing cylinder lever; the securing bridge descends, securing the ham against the table in order to facilitate work.
Then press the lever of the pulling cylinder put the hook into the appropriate place on the aitch bone to facilitate extraction.
Afterwards activate the pulling cylinder lever again; the pulling cylinder begins the descent and the hook pulls the bone while the operator makes the necessary cuts in order to remove the bone from the ham.
In order to use the vertical equipment support, place the ham on the vertical base and activate the securing cylinder lever; the securing plates will immobilise the ham.
While the ham is being deboned the lever of the ejector cylinder valve must be activated in order to proceed with the removal of the femur, tibia and fibula bones as the tendons are cut, to complete the deboning of the ham.
